This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information may be collected, used, and shared when you visit and/or subscribe to Hollywood Sugar(the “Site”). We utilize third party vendors: Substack, Stripe. We are not held responsible for third party vendors. This privacy policy is subject to change with or without notice. By signing up as a free or paid subscriber, you agree to hold harmless the employees, writers, freelancers, etc of Hollywood Sugar, Memory Lane Media and Forever Icon LLC.
Personal information we collect 

When you visit the Site, Substack, Squarespace and Stripe may automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, Substack, Squarespace and Stripe may collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Susbtack, Stripe may collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We utilize Substack to distribute our newsletters. Stripe is utilized to collect monthly or annual payments from subscribers. Information that is listed above and in this privacy policy maybe collected with this email program. 

Additionally when you subscribe or attempt to become a paid subscriber through the Site, Substack and Stripe collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

Sharing you personal Information 
We share your Personal Information with third parties (Substack and Stripe) to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Hollywood Sugar is written under Memory Lane Media dba Forever Icon LL passively collects non-personal information that is automatically sent to us by your web browser or device including but not limited to your domain name and user name. This information is aggregated and is not personally identifiable.

Minors 
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old. The newsletters are for adults only. You must be 18 years old at the time to subscribe. We are not responsible for individuals under the age of 18 that subscribe. We are not responsible for individuals 18 and over that subscribe. Any employees, board members, directors, third party vendors are not responsible. We assume that purchases that are made on our site, through social media and etc is by adult that is 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you need your parents permission to subscribe. We are not responsible if a minor subscribes without their parents permission. When a subscriber signs-up, we assume the customer is 18 years or older (or) has received permission from their parents if they are a minor.  Children Under the Age of 13. Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and children under the age of 13 should not use any portion of our Site. Forever Icon also does not knowingly collect or maintain information collected online from children under the age of 13.

Hollywood Sugar may offer newsletters to share content information about this Site with interested users. Hollywood Sugar, Memory Lane Media, Forever Icon LLC uses contact data from our newsletter subscriptions to send users the newsletters.
